Dennis has completed the Company Directors’ Diploma Course, University of New England and is a Member of the Risk Management Institution of Australasia Limited, Institute of Public Administration and Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a Fellow of CPA, Governance Institute, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Institute of Company Directors and Senior Fellow of the Corporate Directors’ Association.
He has around 30 years’ business experience consulting in risk management, financial management, internal audit, corporate governance and OH&S. He has been a company secretary and company director to listed and unlisted companies. Dennis consults on financial management, internal audit and corporate governance to a range of clients in the private sector, the not for profit sectors and Commonwealth and State government departments and agencies. They have included ASIC, Australian Organ and Tissue Authority, CSIRO, KordaMentha, the Trust Company of Australia, Victorian Police Association Friendly Society, RESI Mortgage, the Commonwealth Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, HLB Mann Judd, Accenture, National Mutual Life, IOOF Group and Charles Darwin University. He has also consulted on OH&S frameworks for the Royal Children’s Hospital in Victoria and Dairy Australia. |
