Dr Franzese is a Specialist Senior Consultant with Know Compliance in banking and finance. He has over 35 years’ experience in banking, tax effective financing, property finance, securities and managed investments. His banking and finance experience includes general banking, property finance and consulting to small and medium sized businesses on interest rate/foreign exchange hedging and risk mitigation strategies.
He was previously a senior manager at National Australia Bank (NAB) where he was involved in a variety of large scale property acquisition and financing projects. Prior to joining NAB, Pasquale worked as a merchant banker for the Australian operations of Toronto Dominion Bank and Kuwait Asia Bank E.C.
Since 2005 he has been a key person for several Australian Financial Services Licensees (both retail and wholesale investor licences, several Australian Credit Licensees (lending, mortgage management, broking) and his own Limited self managed superannuation advisory licence. He has a wealth of experience to offer a wide range of licensees.
His areas of expertise include:
- AFSL – Funds administration/accounting, operations management, investment review and compliance
- ACL – Administration, operations management, credit control and compliance
- SMSF Limited Advisory Licence – Self managed superannuation fund advisory (retail and wholesale)
- SMSF registered auditor (SMSF financial accounts auditor)
His experience in retail and wholesale managed investment schemes covers direct property and mortgages, foreign exchange and derivatives. He has graduate and post graduate qualifications in banking, accounting, management and financial advisory. Dr Franzese is compliant for purposes of Regulatory Guide 146 knowledge and competency requirements. |
